Shipping | Refunds & Returns Policy

We currently ship to the U.S, Canada, Japan, and South Korea. We follow South Korean shipping times & schedules, which means we observe their holidays, and you will receive notice of any shipping delays due to any impactful events in South Korea.

We are glad to offer a flat rate per order, not per product. 

 Merch and Professional Skincare include free shipping.

We offer free shipping for orders more than $125. If you join our subscription newsletter, you'll receive a monthly discount and free shipping on orders $85 or more.

U.S -  Flat Rate  $20 (6 - 10 days)

Japan - Kpacket Flat Rate $8.50 | Express $20

Canada - Flat Rate $20 only (5 - 7 days)

Korea - Flat Rate $5.99 only ( 3 - 5 days)

🌸 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Itjima Style order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


💡 Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at grcrelaxationstudios@gmail.com.

  • To process your claim, we’ll need photos of:

    • The shipping label/waybill

    • The full shipping box (with label visible)

    • The product in question

  • Don’t throw away the packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim.

If the box is damaged but the product inside is fine, we can’t treat it as a damaged item.


💡 Returns (Remorse / Change of Mind)

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, with original tags, packaging, and any extras (authenticity cards, samples, dust bags, etc.)

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs (both directions), plus any customs, duties, or warehousing fees.

  • We do not provide return labels — you’ll need to ship items back to us directly.

  • Please contact us before sending anything back — unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.


💡 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items & gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers, etc.)

  • Hazardous items (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

  • Products with short shelf life or reduced value


💡 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank/credit card to post the refund.


💡 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for problems caused by:

  • Refused delivery

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery

  • Customs delays/issues in the recipient’s country

If the item is returned to us due to these reasons, return costs will be deducted from your refund.


💡 Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
